Changes Instead of Refunds
In certain cases, passengers may be offered:
- Travel credits or vouchers
- Free or discounted rebooking options
These alternatives may be provided instead of a cash refund, based on ticket type and availability.
Taxes & Government Fees
Refunds for government-imposed taxes and fees will be processed in accordance with applicable aviation regulations, even for non-refundable fares.
