Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 2, 2026

At Orbit One Travel, we understand that travel plans can change. Our goal is to make cancellations and refunds as clear and straightforward as possible. Because we arrange flights, cruises, tours, and other travel services through airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other third-party travel suppliers, cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the service purchased.

Please review the following policy before completing your booking.

Cancellation Requests

Customers may request cancellation of a booking by contacting Orbit One Travel using the contact information provided on our website.

Cancellation requests should include:

  • Passenger/traveler name
  • Booking or reservation number
  • Date of travel
  • Contact information
  • Reason for cancellation, if applicable

A cancellation is considered effective only after Orbit One Travel confirms receipt and processing of the cancellation request.

Important: A cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund. The amount refundable, if any, will depend on the applicable airline, cruise line, hotel, tour operator, fare, ticket, package, and supplier terms.

Airline Ticket Cancellations

Airline tickets are subject to the fare rules and cancellation conditions of the applicable airline and ticket.

Depending on the fare purchased, a cancellation may result in:

  • A full refund;
  • A partial refund;
  • An airline credit or travel voucher;
  • A refund of certain refundable taxes or fees; or
  • No refund.

Non-refundable fares generally cannot be refunded except where required by applicable law or where the airline’s fare rules provide otherwise.

Any applicable airline cancellation penalties, fare restrictions, fare differences, supplier fees, or other charges may be deducted from the amount available for refund.

Cruise, Tour & Vacation Package Cancellations

Cruise reservations, tours, vacation packages, and other travel products are subject to the cancellation policies of the applicable supplier.

Cancellation penalties may increase as the departure date approaches and, in some cases, may reach 100% of the booking price.

Customers should carefully review the cancellation schedule and terms supplied with their booking confirmation before purchasing.

Where a supplier provides a refund, travel credit, voucher, or alternative arrangement, Orbit One Travel will communicate the applicable option to the customer.

Orbit One Travel Service Fees

Certain bookings may include service, administrative, processing, or other agency fees.

Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of booking, agency service fees may be non-refundable once the requested travel service has been processed or ticketed.

Any applicable Orbit One Travel fee will be disclosed to the customer before or at the time of purchase.

Supplier cancellation penalties and Orbit One Travel service fees are separate charges and may both apply.

Airline or Supplier-Initiated Cancellation

If an airline, cruise line, hotel, tour operator, or other travel supplier cancels a service, the customer will be informed of the options available under the applicable supplier rules and applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, available options may include:

  • Refund;
  • Rebooking;
  • Travel credit;
  • Voucher;
  • Alternative itinerary; or
  • Other remedy offered by the supplier.

Where applicable law requires a refund, Orbit One Travel will process or facilitate the refund in accordance with the applicable requirements and the responsibilities of the relevant merchant of record.

Significant Schedule Changes

If an airline or other travel supplier makes a significant schedule or itinerary change, the customer’s available options will depend on the applicable supplier rules and applicable law.

For air travel to, from, or within the United States, certain airline cancellations and significant changes may create a right to a refund when the traveler does not accept the alternative transportation, credit, voucher, or other compensation offered.

No-Show Bookings

If a customer does not cancel a reservation before the applicable cancellation deadline and does not appear for the scheduled travel service, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

No-show bookings may be non-refundable and may result in the loss of the entire booking value, depending on the applicable supplier’s rules.

Customers should contact Orbit One Travel as soon as possible if they are unable to travel.

Partially Used Tickets or Services

Once a ticket, cruise, tour, hotel stay, or other travel service has been partially used, refunds are generally subject to the applicable supplier’s rules.

Partially used or abandoned travel services may not be refundable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original form of payment, unless otherwise required or permitted by the applicable supplier or law.

The time required to receive a refund may depend on:

  • The airline or travel supplier;
  • The payment method;
  • The card-issuing bank or financial institution;
  • Processing requirements; and
  • Whether Orbit One Travel or another entity is the merchant of record.

Orbit One Travel will submit or process eligible refunds as required and will provide the customer with relevant information regarding the refund status.

Government Taxes and Fees

Refundability of government-imposed taxes, fees, and other charges depends on the applicable ticket, booking, supplier rules, and applicable law.

Where a refund is legally required, Orbit One Travel will process or facilitate the applicable refund.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend considering travel insurance that may provide coverage for eligible cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, delays, or other covered events.

Travel insurance is subject to its own terms, exclusions, deductibles, and eligibility requirements.

Purchasing travel insurance does not guarantee that a cancellation will be covered.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing their booking confirmation, ticket conditions, cancellation deadlines, and supplier-specific terms before making travel arrangements.

Customers should contact Orbit One Travel promptly if they need to cancel or modify a booking.

Once a supplier’s cancellation deadline has passed, cancellation penalties may apply even if the customer has not yet contacted Orbit One Travel.

Special Promotional and Restricted Fares

Special fares, promotional fares, last-minute offers, group bookings, discounted packages, and other restricted-rate products may have additional cancellation and refund restrictions.

The specific terms presented during booking or included with the booking confirmation will apply to those reservations.

Disputes Regarding Cancellation or Refunds

If you believe a cancellation or refund has not been handled correctly, please contact Orbit One Travel so that we can review the booking and applicable supplier rules.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve cancellation and refund questions promptly and fairly.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.

Policy Changes

Orbit One Travel may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time.

The policy applicable to a customer’s booking will generally be the policy and booking terms provided or accepted at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law and any mandatory supplier or regulatory requirements.
